RETURN POLICY

Returns offered on all orders for USA customers. Returns accepted for replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. Contact us with your order ID along with your reason for returning any item.

RETURNING DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days.

REGULAR RETURNS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. TeeMonkeys will not reimburse return shipping costs. Where a product is damaged, the customer must make arrangements with TeeMonkeys how the return is handled before returning items to TeeMonkeys. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Specify the reason for the return request in your request and specify any preference for replacement or a refund. Ship return packages to: TeeMonkeys, 2 Wurz Avenue, Yorkville, NY 13495.

This policy lasts 30 days, after which we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Important: Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original or comparable packaging.

Allow 28 business days for returns and exchanges.
